Voices of Hope is a recovery community providing a variety of programs and resources. The Recovery Community Center in Lexington offers recovery meetings, one-on-one coaching, harm reduction supplies, employment and housing resources, and more. They also have recovery coaches in almost 80 partner sites and mobile outreach with a trained team. Voices of Hope can also connect you to treatment, including medication assisted treatment, if you’re interested.

University of Kentucky

The University of Kentucky’s Collegiate Recovery Community offers a wide range of services to support students in recovery from addiction. They offer recovery coaching, weekly SMART recovery meetings, 12 step and non 12 step meetings, religious recovery programs, and more. Recovery meetings are entirely student led and welcome all forms of recovery.

Kentucky Medicaid and CHIP are state programs to cover health benefits for eligible low income residents. CHIP is the Children's Health Insurance Program. Both programs provide free or low cost access to a variety of medical care, including addiction treatment and mental health care.

Recovery Supportive Living Assistance Program

Lexington’s Substance Use Disorder Intervention Program includes multiple programs and resources. They offer the Recovery Supportive Living Assistance Program which gives financial assistance to adult residents of Fayette County who benefit from sober living or recovery housing but have trouble affording it.
