About Wings of Life Recovery

Wings of Life Recovery is a nonprofit Christ centered residential substance abuse recovery program in Mobile, Alabama serving those affected by addiction and other life controlling issues.

I found the organization to be rooted in biblical principles while taking a holistic approach that addresses spirit, soul, and body through community and study as well as worship and work.

Faith Based and Family Centered Recovery Programs

Treatment begins with the 90 day residential recovery program which provides a structured environment, classroom instruction, and personal growth activities to support lasting change.

Eligible graduates may continue into extended term housing, ministry training through the Dove Foundation, and educational or vocational opportunities.

Residents engage in pastoral counseling and mentoring, life skills training and web based teaching, work therapy, and community outreach.

The program is uniquely family centered allowing husbands, wives, and children to participate simultaneously. I noted weekly visitation is available for immediate family members.
