Recovery Cafe, with two locations in Seattle, provides a variety of services to members. Membership is free as long as members commit to be substance-free in the center and participate in a weekly recovery circle support group. Services include meals, medical care, online classes in recovery skills, computer access, coffee bar, a resource specialist, game, sober events, and referrals to additional services.

Sound Pathways, in Sonomish County, offers a range of services to those in need. They have three focuses. The first is housing services with case management to help clients overcome barriers to stable housing. The second is a parent-child assistance program for pregant and parenting women, which provides home visitation, case management, substance use and recovery support, housing, help with domestic violence issues, legal assistance, and connections to other community resources. The third focus is harm reduction, where Sound Pathways provides syringe programs, clean supplies, naloxone (Narcan), wound care, testing, care kits for those experiencing homelessness, and referrals to additional community resources and substance use treatment if interested.
