Sound Pathways, in Sonomish County, offers a range of services to those in need. They have three focuses. The first is housing services with case management to help clients overcome barriers to stable housing. The second is a parent-child assistance program for pregant and parenting women, which provides home visitation, case management, substance use and recovery support, housing, help with domestic violence issues, legal assistance, and connections to other community resources. The third focus is harm reduction, where Sound Pathways provides syringe programs, clean supplies, naloxone (Narcan), wound care, testing, care kits for those experiencing homelessness, and referrals to additional community resources and substance use treatment if interested.
