About Transitions Grateful Life Center

Located in Erlanger, Kentucky, the Transitions Grateful Life Center is a residential addiction treatment home for men. This is a voluntary addiction recovery program that accommodates up to 110 men in a therapeutic community setting. Residents attend 12 step meetings and sponsor each other.

During this program, as a resident you can expect to engage in the buddy system where newcomers are assisted by men who have been in the program longer. This is a long term program with onsite mental health therapy and access to primary care. You’ll receive an individualized care plan that includes individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and exercise classes. Treatment focuses on life skills, recovery management, and medical support. Nutritional support is also a part of treatment.
