About Pacific Northwest Adult and Teen Challenge Portland Metro Campus
The Pacific Northwest Adult and Teen Challenge has a men's campus treating substance abuse in Estacada, Oregon. The faith based residential campus is only a 28 mile drive from Portland. The long term recovery program can assist 40 students which keeps the setting more intimate.
Guests access vocational training which can help them prepare for a productive life after treatment with necessary job skills. The gender specific facility allows men to focus on recovery without outside distractions. Their approach centers on a relationship with Christ as a model of repair and forgiveness.
They also focus on transformation to change your identity to one that follows Jesus and provides a foundation for long term recovery. The program lasts 12 months and requires an extensive investment in the commitment to a sober lifestyle.
You’ll follow the teachings in the Bible for your spiritual progress away from drug addiction. All guests are detoxed before being admitted to the facility. They do not provide any medical care.
The adult and teen challenge service also includes participation in Life Renewal’s evidence based outpatient treatment where guests attend individual and group therapy.
Their unique program provides a safe space for men to work on their relationships with God and others. They concentrate on the mental and physical as well as spiritual aspects of addiction to treat the whole person and assist with genuine transformation so each person can achieve long term sobriety. The team wants you to become the healthiest version of yourself and understand that recovery is always possible.
