About Serenity Acres

Serenity Acres was a residential drug treatment center in Crownsville, Maryland. The care team consisted of licensed and board certified therapists and physicians. Most insurance plans were accepted, as well as self pay.

I liked that they allowed a limited number of residents at a time. By limiting the amount of residents, the therapists were assigned up to five individuals and were able to provide high quality care. The medical and addiction specialists oversaw the design of treatment plans.

They were an affordable luxury facility situated in a private and tranquil setting. The room options consisted of either private or semi private suites. The semi private suites would have a maximum of two individuals.

The length of stay would vary per person. The factors that would determine your length of stay would be you, your addiction and other factors such as work or school. This facility allowed smoking in designated areas only.
