Through residential treatment, you'll have access to evidence based therapies including counseling and health and wellness therapies. You’ll also have access to spiritual care if you require it.

With these therapies, you'll be able to build critical skills that can help you move towards sustainable sobriety. You'll learn how to manage triggers and emotional struggles you're experiencing and how to replace destructive habits with healthy ones. The gender-separated residential treatment programs also incorporate the 12 Step treatment model.

You'll also have access to extended care treatment. This’ll help you build the momentum you've developed while in recovery. If you relapse, there’s a 3-week program that can build your resilience back up. There are also family support services too. These services can help your loved ones build the skills they need to best support you.
