About Pathways Buffalo
Pathways’ Buffalo clinic is a substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program in Buffalo, New York. As a department of the Sisters of Charity Hospital, they offer an outpatient program (OP) and medication assisted treatment (MAT) for adults experiencing chemical dependency.
Pathways treat alcohol, opioid, and drug addictions, including prescription medication. Individualized treatment plans are created after assessment. Clients are seen on an appointment basis during the mornings, and referrals are provided for higher levels of treatment.
Pathways works with Medicaid or self-payment. Referred services from external providers may be paid for by major health plans, including Aetna, Amerigroup, Beech Street, BlueCross/BlueShield, Catholic Health LIFE Program, Cigna, and Fidelis.
