Their work therapy is part of the requirement of staying here and this can range from working at resale stores, maintenance, or cooking. This helps you develop more life skills and can help push you to stay productive.

The recreational fun available allows you to enjoy yourself while you are also healing and in treatment. Engaging in volleyball and basketball can help strengthen your social interactions with others while also being physically active giving your body a full workout. Both activities can help you boost confidence, boosts your immune system, and helps you learn to focus.

Kayaking also has similar benefits to volleyball and basketball but more importantly it brings you out in nature which can be relaxing and can help you manage stress.
