Rutland Mental Health Services - Community Care Network is a treatment center located in Rutland, Vermont. This facility offers treatment for men, women and veterans who are struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. They offer an intensive outpatient program (IOP), comprehensive assessments, therapy, recovery support groups, treatment court, a re-entry program and aftercare.
The city of Rutland offers a variety of activities to do and attractions to see during your time off from treatment. You can develop new sober interests in the area such as mountain biking at Green Mountain National Forest or going skiing at Pico Mountain.
Intensive outpatient therapy provides more flexibility than inpatient treatment. This can help you maintain your prior commitments throughout the week and still have time to focus on your recovery journey. The program will be a total of 20 sessions within a five-week period.
Their relapse prevention class helps you develop coping skills and how to handle triggers. This is one of the many weekly group sessions that will be part of your treatment plan along with family sessions throughout the month.
Prior to completing treatment, aftercare services will be provided. This allows you to receive ongoing support as you transition into your day to day life and gain employment, childcare, financial responsibilities and independent living.
They offer a re-entry program designed for individuals who have recently been incarcerated and are reconnecting back into society. They will assign you a case manager and wraparound services to assist with employment searching and housing assistance.
