About Columbia Treatment Center

Serving clients in Maryland and its surrounding states, the Columbia Treatment Center offers various substance use outpatient programs to adults, teens and couples. Prospective clients should be aware that the Columbia Treatment Center does not accept any kind of medical insurance, nor do they offer a sliding fee scale.

Substance use programs include DUI/DWI classes, substance use counseling, group counseling, SAP service for DOT violations and mental health counseling for clients with a dual diagnosis. They also have a program called Operation Breakthrough, an early intervention and treatment and DUI education program offered in a convenient weekend format.

A real stand out service from the Columbia Treatment Center is their Marijuana Education Program, which is offered virtually, making it accessible to everyone. It teaches the impact of marijuana when used recreationally and medically to help clients make informed decisions about their marijuana use. Subjects include marijuana and mental health, harm reduction strategies, impaired driving and marijuana and the teenage brain.
