About CCS Behavioral Health Center Everett
Located in Everett, Washington, Catholic Community Services Behavioral Center provides substance use disorder treatment services for adults and adolescents. The services they provide to Snohomish County residents include outpatient care, intensive outpatient treatment, and groups focused on relapse awareness and education.
CCS believes in serving the poor and disenfranchised without pushing a religious based recovery. They desire to help people struggling with substance use disorders become productive members of their community.
Outpatient care services you’ll typically receive include individual, group, and family counseling. In individual counseling, your counselor will help you with identifying your triggers and coming up with coping mechanisms to avoid using substances. They may also help you resolve any trauma that could be the cause of your addiction.
Group counseling will give you an opportunity to connect with peers who are also overcoming addiction. The counselor will facilitate discussions on topics related to substance use, such as anger management skills and relapse prevention. You’ll be in an environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your struggles and also receive encouragement and insight from your peers.
Clients in outpatient care will typically meet at the facility one to two times a week. Individuals in intensive outpatient treatment will meet more often and spend more time with counselors to resolve their issues. In addition to these services, CCS also offers case management services to help you get access to resources that can support your recovery.
