About Affiliated Clinical Services

Located in West Bend, Wisconsin, Affiliated Clinical Services West Bend is an outpatient mental health center for adults and adolescents. They offer a variety of programs including an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for substance abuse, a relapse prevention program, medication assisted treatment (MAT) and an addicted family members group. Mental health groups available at this location include anxiety and depression, art therapy and codependency. They also have Spravato treatment and transcranial magnetic stimulation.

The intensive outpatient program includes 10 to 12 hours per week of treatment sessions. Group topics are client driven and are tailored to address the specific needs of the current group. The primary outpatient process groups meet one to three times per week for one and a half hours at a time.

Their relapse prevention program is for you if you have three or more months of sobriety. During this program you work to maintain your personal sobriety plan and gain extra support for a long term sober lifestyle. This group meets once a week.

Another specialized option is Christian counseling for substance abuse. This is for you if you prefer counseling that has a Christian lens. This will focus on the spiritual and psychological components of addiction.

The MAT program uses Suboxone for people with opioid use disorder. Naltrexone may be used for alcohol or opioid use disorder. These medications help treat physical and psychological cravings. Medications are always used in combination with counseling and social support programs.
