Located in West Bend, Wisconsin, Affiliated Clinical Services West Bend is an outpatient mental health center for adults and adolescents. They offer a variety of programs including an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for substance abuse, a relapse prevention program, medication assisted treatment (MAT) and an addicted family members group. Their relapse prevention program is for you if you have three or more months of sobriety. During this program you work to maintain your personal sobriety plan and gain extra support for a long term sober lifestyle. This group meets once a week.

The MAT program uses Suboxone for people with opioid use disorder. Naltrexone may be used for alcohol or opioid use disorder. These medications help treat physical and psychological cravings. Medications are always used in combination with counseling and social support programs.
