Victor Community Support Services has supportive services throughout California. One of the locations is in downtown Stockton. It’s right by Quail Lake. They offer multiple programs to help individuals and families, including a substance use and co-occurring disorder program for teens involved in the juvenile justice system. They have clinic based and community based mental health programs, wraparound programs, early childhood services, and other supportive programs.

The substance use/co occurring disorder program at their Stockton location serves teens ages 12-18. This is a specialized program for teens in the justice system. They use a treatment collaborative with a team of mental health and substance use disorder professionals. Through a harm reduction model, they meet the needs of the teens while restoring and empowering families into lifelong recovery.

Through the juvenile justice program, they aim to ensure youth decrease their involvement with the courts.
