UnityPoint Health Meriter New Start is an addiction treatment center in Madison, Wisconsin. While enrolled, you’ll also receive psychiatric evaluation and other support services as needed.

This is a comprehensive behavioral health center with outpatient mental health and addiction treatment services. Using the disease model of addiction and cognitive behavioral therapy, the intensive outpatient program provides hope of recovery. You’ll engage in group and individual therapy and mindfulness. Medications like Vivitrol and Suboxone are used to treat uncomfortable physical symptoms and decrease the risk of relapse.
