You'll work one on one with counselors and develop critical skills for successful sobriety. Some of these skills include learning how to manage your triggers and stressors that have contributed to your substance use. You'll also get access to daily group sessions. Through these sessions, you can create a support system that you can lean on during the difficult moments of your recovery. There are also 12 step style programs that can further support you.
What stands out to me most here is that their women's program also caters to moms who are in need of treatment. There are various supports that will allow you to continue accessing treatment while caring for your child. This helps to alleviate any restrictions to care, motivating you to continue on the path to sobriety.
