About TriStar Skyline Madison Campus
Located in Madison, Tennessee, the TriStar Skyline Madison Campus served adolescents who were experiencing a mental health struggle and adults who needed mental health support or treatment for a substance use disorder. Care was offered in both an inpatient and outpatient setting, though there was a partial hospitalization program if you needed more flexible treatment. They closed in June 2024. Their services migrated to TriStar’s Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
With the inpatient care program, you could have navigated detox with the support of trained and experienced medical professionals. You would've also undergone evaluations to determine your recovery needs and identify any underlying behavioral health issues.
You would’ve worked with a chemical dependency specialist through individual and group counseling sessions. These sessions could have helped you identify triggers, and provided you with techniques to help you manage these triggers and other stressors. Depending on your recovery needs, your care plan might have also incorporated medical assistance and other therapy techniques.
As you exit inpatient care, you would’ve continued receiving comprehensive care through the outpatient program. You would’ve engaged in counseling sessions, developed realistic recovery goals, and learned critical life skills to help you maintain a sustainable, sober lifestyle.
