The Freedom Center’s outpatient clinic is in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Outpatient treatment is available in three intensity levels. These are partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. The level depends on your individual needs. But wherever you begin, you can expect a smooth transition thanks to a continuum of care and peer support.

Treatment is tailored to the individual and usually includes a combination of evidence based practices including addiction education, individual, group, and family counseling, and cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies. Medication management is also provided if you’ve got a dual diagnosis.
