The Ed Keating Center Provides drug and alcohol recovery for men and women. This specific location provides residential housing for up to 100 men. They believe that sobriety should be available for everyone regardless of their ability to pay. Funding comes largely from donations and fundraising.
The first step is their three month residential sober living program. You’ll live on site and attend meetings that are run by experienced, recovering alcoholics. Living on site means you don't have to worry about food and work and family responsibilities. Your only focus here is your recovery.
After completing this program you'll step down to the 3/4 transitional program. You’ll still live on site but will begin to work and pay a small fee towards the center. The Ed Keating Center is an excellent option for people who like structure. You must attend mandatory 12 step meetings every night and attend weekly aftercare meetings.
