Sunrise Treatment Center has a mission to help folks with mental illness and substance abuse. They have multiple locations including one in the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio. They accept many forms of payment including commercial insurance and Medicaid plans.

Sunrise offers a non intensive level of care. Their outpatient services focus on individual counseling. Staff can also help with basic case management and crisis intervention. They can link you with additional support and case management if you need it. I like that Sunrise encourages healthy relationships in the community. They encourage you to get involved with recovery groups and peer support.

Some treatment centers have set lengths for treatment but Sunrise does not. When a client is ready and confident, they’ll be discharged. I like that treatment is focused on your progress and not duration. They also provide care for those with co occurring mental health issues.
