Their recovery program serves individuals who come from low-income housing or are experiencing homelessness. The HERO program, as it's known, is a CARF-accredited program that will connect you to critical services in both an inpatient and intensive outpatient setting. Care is accessible and affordable here and there is a sliding scale fee structure as well.
Through the inpatient program, you'll have access to short-term residential support and halfway housing. You can navigate your recovery here with the support of trained and experienced staff members. Among the staff members are licensed mental health practitioners and compassionate support staff. They help individuals of all backgrounds with various addiction uses including drugs, alcohol, and other substances.
The intensive outpatient services will continue many of the evidence-based supports offered through inpatient care. These include support such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
You'll work with addiction specialists who will help you reframe your thinking. You'll learn coping skills and strategies that will help guide you on the path to success. You'll also be connected to critical supports like 12 steps style programs such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA). There's also addiction education and other support services here for you to lean on as well.
I appreciate that there is critical community support you'll find here too. For example, there's an emergency shelter here that offers gender separated dorm rooms and family recovery units. This shelter can help support you as you navigate the road to recovery.
