Southwest Counseling Services Mental Health is located in Rock Springs, Wyoming. They are CARF accredited and provide comprehensive care to adults and adolescents who are ready to start recovery from a substance use disorder. Care is offered in both a residential treatment setting and an outpatient treatment setting. There are also specialized programs like DUI classes, adolescent aftercare and other supports. If you need more flexible access to care, you'll find it through the intensive outpatient program.

When you start your care here, you'll work with an intake team that will take time to understand your unique struggles. They'll craft an individualized treatment plan to meet your recovery needs. You may undergo drug and alcohol assessments during intake. During the evaluation, any underlying mental health concerns will be assessed as well.

The residential treatment program is separated by gender, allowing you a safe and supportive environment for recovery. You'll also be supported through evidence based therapies. Along with the recovery skills program, you can build critical skills for success and sustainable sobriety.

I appreciate that the adolescent intensive outpatient program provides specific, age appropriate care. You'll also find specialized treatment like the jail based treatment program which helps incarcerated individuals in the Sweetwater County Detention Center. Other support you'll find includes a continuing care program. This program will help you continue the momentum you've gained in treatment. There's also a relapse prevention program that can equip you with strategies and techniques so that you can maintain your sobriety.
