About Set Free Alaska Wasilla

Set Free Alaska (SFA) Wasilla is a faith based addiction treatment center located in the stunning Mat-Su Valley of Alaska. Their outpatient rehab center in Wasilla, Alaska, is about 45 minutes from Anchorage, making access easy if you’re not from the local area and need to fly in. They serve adults who are experiencing issues with substance use disorders and dual diagnoses.

A State Certified Treatment Program with Options

SFA isn’t just another drug rehab. They’re one of the few state-certified Christian drug and alcohol rehabs in the Mat-Su Valley. They’ve been around since 2010 to help people break free from addiction, so they know how treatment works.

I’m impressed with the number of outpatient options they offer, including individual counseling and group sessions for men, women, and even co-ed options. Several clients felt that the counselors here are really good and that they provide a great support system.

Flexible scheduling makes it easier to find a program that works for you. They’re also flexible about payments. They accept insurance and have a sliding fee discount.

Personalized and Compassionate Care

At SFA, you’ll be treated with respect and kindness. Your program will be put together just for you because recovery doesn’t look the same for everyone. I appreciate how they combine spiritual principles with solid clinical and therapeutic methods, making recovery feel like a complete mind-body-spirit journey.
