About Salvation Army Harbor Light

The Salvation Army has been supporting individuals with substance use disorder and mental health conditions for decades, on a no-fee basis (subject to their application process). Their recovery program includes individual counseling, psychoeducation, case management, group therapy, spiritual direction, Christian worship, skill development, work readiness and job support, and ongoing support referrals.

The program is accredited by the Joint Commission and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to apply to The Salvation Army Adult Addiction Treatment Center program and, if successful, they will be asked to attend an interview prior to admission.
