Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services has been supporting the families of Michigan since 1910 and is the third largest nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider in the United States. Initially founded by a group of pastors from the Reformed Church in America and the Christian Reformed Church in America, Pine Rest provides treatment for all cultures, religions, and ethnicities.

The Pine Rest Campus offers dual diagnosis outpatient mental health and substance use disorder programs. Their evidence based clinicians work with individuals to assess their mental health status and develop an individualized treatment plan. Drug rehab program activities may include counseling, recovery coaching, addiction management, relapse prevention, family therapy, spiritual guidance, dialectical behavioral therapy, marital therapy, and psychiatric consultation. Treatments are flexible depending on the individual's needs and may run for three, six, or twelve months. There is also extended care for longer than a year available.

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is accredited by the Joint Commission reflecting their high standards of behavioral and addiction healthcare. They accept Medicaid, commercial insurance, and self pay. Financial assistance, extended payment plans, and financing are also available.
