They offer free services to people who are unhoused or at risk for homelessness. No appointment is needed for intake or assessment. They serve lunch for the community every day at noon.
St. Patrick Center has a mission to make sure everybody has access to sustainable housing, employment, and healthcare. They begin with housing first. This is a proven strategy that gives people access to permanent housing and also offers other layers of support through them or community partners.
They begin the intake process in discovery sessions. They get you housing and access to any other support services you need before, during, and after you get into your new home.
St. Patrick Center offers health programs for people dealing with addiction and/or mental illness. This includes referrals to residential or outpatient (OP) programs to treat substance use disorders.
They also offer on-site nursing visits and healthcare referrals. They also run programs and services for veterans. There’s also hot meals available, and they’ll help you meet your basic necessities.
The workforce development team trains clients to become ready for a job. This program lasts three days and helps you create a resume and cover letter, prepare for an interview, and learn email or internet skills. They also connect you with opportunities based on your skill sets.
