About High Focus Treatment Centers

High Focus Treatment Centers, formerly known as Rehab After Work, is an outpatient behavioral treatment facility for teens and adults located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They provide assistance to individuals who are dealing with substance use disorder or mental health disorders. The outpatient services clients have access to are the partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient groups.

Walk in assessments are available on weekdays in the afternoon. Clients who are enrolled in the partial hospitalization program can receive transportation assistance if they live within 20 miles of the office.

Staff members will treat patients with a variety of different techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and skill building exercises. These treatments are designed to help improve your emotional regulation and stress management in order to prevent relapse. High Focus Treatment Centers also offer both daytime and evening sessions to accommodate your schedule.

One of High Focus Treatment Centers intensive outpatient programs is specifically designed for individuals dealing with co-occurring disorders. They’ll receive help stabilizing their mental health and get evidence based substance use treatment in a group setting.

A unique thing about this facility is that they are recognized by Psych Armor as a Veteran Ready Organization. The staff members have enhanced training to address the needs of veterans, service members and their families. The team is knowledgeable about issues related to military trauma and post traumatic stress disorder. The facility conducts mixed population therapy groups that include non-veteran clients to assist veterans with readjusting to civilian life.

As a major city, Philadelphia has numerous attractions for you to enjoy before or after your treatment sessions. You can take time to look at historical landmarks like the Liberty Bell or see some amazing art at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. A bit closer are Hayes Woods and Conwell Park if you like to mentally decompress among the trees and greens.
