Opioid Treatment Programs At ReDiscover Transitions
I like that ReDiscover Transitions combines FDA cleared medications with evidence based therapies and wraparound support services to address both substance use and the underlying challenges that fuel addiction.
Clients can begin with medically supervised opioid detoxification using FDA cleared medications such as methadone, buprenorphine and Suboxone to manage withdrawal safely and comfortably. From there, the program provides outpatient medication assisted treatment that allows you to continue working, attending school or caring for your family while receiving care. We like that clients can maintain daily responsibilities during treatment.
Treatment Addresses the Root Cause of Addiction
Treatment includes individual counseling and group therapy using cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and the Matrix Model to address the root causes of addiction and build relapse prevention skills. The program also treats co occurring mental health conditions, trauma and chronic pain and offers comprehensive recovery support including case management, peer support, housing assistance, employment training and naloxone education.
The program also offers case management, peer support specialists, housing services, employment counseling and discharge planning. I like that personalized guidance is offered from the beginning.
