Heartland Center for Behavioral Change is a community oriented recovery organization that's located in Kansas City, Missouri. They provide a range of services to adults who are struggling with a substance use disorder or navigating the justice system because of addiction struggles. Care is offered in an outpatient (OP) setting. You'll have access to programs including the withdrawal management program. There's also a comprehensive outpatient recovery program to help you start your journey to sobriety.

You'll work with a dedicated care team who will take the time to understand and assess your unique struggles.
