About Benilde Hall

Benilde Hall is a nonprofit recovery residence in Kansas City, Missouri offering transitional and permanent housing for adult men facing substance use disorders or homelessness as well as co-occurring mental health conditions.

With a mission to foster sustained recovery and housing stability as well as economic self sufficiency Benilde Hall combines stable housing with evidence based support which we believe helps men rebuild their lives from the ground up.

Structured Transitional Housing for Sustained Recovery

Benilde Hall serves up to 110 men in a residential setting that integrates recovery accountability with essential living supports like meals, furnished rooms, and basic hygiene provisions.

Treatment plans are updated every 30 days and the program includes random drug and alcohol testing, individual and group counseling, and case management to address substance use and mental health needs.

The structured environment emphasizes trust, routine, and accountability. Sessions help residents develop coping skills, address root causes of addiction, and work toward permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
