About Red Rock Shawnee Outpatient Office

Founded in 1974, Red Rock Shawnee Outpatient Office in Shawnee, Oklahoma, is a nonprofit community mental health organization that specializes in providing integrated behavioral and physical health care coordination services to impoverished Oklahomans. Support is available to adults aged 16 and older, including pregnant individuals. They accept SoonerCare (Medicaid), Medicare, most private insurances and self pay options.

Their outpatient treatment programs involve individual, group and family counseling and are designed to help individuals maintain their mental and physical wellbeing while offering them the tools to better cope with challenges and change. Treatment is personalized to meet individuals’ needs, as the team here recognizes that recovery is never a one-size-fits-all deal.

Another initiative of their addiction treatment services is Jordan’s Crossing. This is a residential program specifically designed for pregnant women, women with young children and women who may be involved in criminal justice programs.

Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is offered in designated clinics as outpatient therapy programs. These programs also feature counseling to boost the effectiveness of the treatment and encourage lasting results.

Court and court-related services are also provided to support individuals dealing with DUI/DWIs or other issues related to mental health or family treatment court. These are offered alongside other supportive services like community housing for homeless individuals who may also be struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues. HIV/AIDs education and prevention services are also provided, as well as employment support and pharmacy services.

Kids’ mental and behavioral health services are also an option here, including outpatient substance abuse services. Individual, group, and family therapy are provided, along with case management services, screening and referral services, rehab, peer support and medication management.
