The Great Seminole Nation of Oklahoma’s Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) champions a substance free lifestyle among Tribal members through prevention education and culturally competent recovery services. They’re located on 2nd Street in Wewoka, Oklahoma, just a short walk from Wewoka City Park, the Seminole County Museum and the Wewoka Historic District. The program serves all enrolled members of the federally recognized Seminole Nation of Oklahoma as well as individuals living within Seminole County’s service area.

Comprehensive Outpatient Support For Lasting Healing
ASAP’s outpatient substance use recovery helps clients confront the roots of their addiction and reclaim their sense of identity while rebuilding connection to self, family and Tribal values. It begins with a detailed intake screening and assessment that helps the care team understand your core needs and shape a recovery plan around them.
Your assessment may reveal a need for a level of care beyond what’s offered here. Whether that’s residential treatment, detox or sober living, the team will connect you with the right provider in the community to access those services. That said, their outpatient care includes individual and group sessions that foster accountability and help you build effective coping strategies to support ongoing recovery and prevent relapse.
Case Management to Build a Stable Life in Sobriety
You’ll also have access to a case manager to help you handle personal needs from safe housing and employment to transportation, food assistance and medical care. This is made possible through coordination with Tribal and community services, all aimed at helping you stay grounded and supported throughout your healing journey.
