About Pioneer Counseling Services Group Home
Pioneer Counseling Services in suburban Evanston, Wyoming, is a private nonprofit center. It’s also the only full-service, community-based mental health facility in Uinta County. Along with a range of counseling services, they offer an array of outpatient services to local residents. Support is available to clients of all ages.
Sliding scale fees are available, and many insurance providers are accepted, along with employee assistance programs, Medicaid, and Medicare.
The center owns and operates two group living facilities, as well as monitored independent living apartments featuring various support services. These tailor their support to meet the unique needs and preferences of individuals living with severe mental health issues.
All clients here are provided with a personalized plan for treatment, developed with their direct participation and approval. This is provided with a clear explanation of the center’s services, as well as the clients’ rights, responsibilities, and a method to provide feedback where necessary.
Some of the basic services provided include individual, group, marital, and family therapy. Specialized age-appropriate therapy services are also available for kids and teens. You can also drop by Ottley Park a coupe of blocks away to unwind and exercise.
Home-based services are also available for individuals unable to make it to the center for appointments, which is great for accessibility. Psychiatric consultations, case management, medication monitoring, and management services are also available. Specialized substance abuse evaluations and addiction treatment are also offered here, including emergency services and crisis intervention to help stabilize individuals. Community education and prevention services are also provided.
