About Pioneer Counseling Services Group Home
Pioneer Counseling Services in suburban Evanston, Wyoming, is a private nonprofit center. It’s also the only full-service, community-based mental health facility in Uinta County. Along with a range of counseling services, they offer an array of outpatient services to local residents. Support is available to clients of all ages.
Sliding scale fees are available, and many insurance providers are accepted, along with employee assistance programs, Medicaid, and Medicare.
A Pioneer in Addiction Treatment
The center owns and operates two group living facilities, as well as monitored independent living apartments featuring various support services. These tailor their support to meet the unique needs and preferences of individuals living with severe mental health issues.
All clients are provided with a personalized plan for treatment, developed with their direct participation and approval. This is provided with a clear explanation of the center’s services, as well as the clients’ rights, responsibilities, and a method to provide feedback where necessary.
