Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services Caledonia Clinic is a drug and alcohol rehab located in Caledonia, Michigan. This faith based facility provides short term residential treatment, inpatient detox, a partial hospitalization program, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a standard outpatient program, and dual diagnosis treatment. Residential treatment consists of intake assessment and evaluation, 24 hour monitoring by nursing staff, group, and individual therapy, self help support groups, spiritual care, the 12 steps, family support, and community involvement.

The IOP meets three times a week in the mornings or evenings, for three hours at a time. People attend IOP between three and eight weeks. Medication assisted treatment is available to relieve symptoms of opioid and alcohol withdrawal and psychological cravings. Outpatient group therapy meets once a week for 90 minutes. New OP members are expected to commit to attending 12 weeks of groups but may attend longer than 12 weeks.
