About Triumph Parkway Place Transitional Housing
Triumph Parkway Place Transitional Housing exists to provide temporary shelter for those struggling with addiction in Yakima, Washington. Support is available for kids, teens and adults, including families and pregnant women.
Triumph has been providing housing options for families and individuals affected by and struggling with addiction since 1992. Triumph also offers case management services, career support and work opportunities to its clients and residents. It does this in partnership with local agencies to help residents make the most of their time in temporary housing. Rent for all of their temporary housing is based on income.
They offer many different types of housing programs to cover all kinds of needs. For transitional housing options they have Yakima and Toppenish Family Housing. This house is case managed and specializes in providing shelter for homeless families with young children and teens under 18 years of age. This house features a housing and support services coordinator.
My Brother’s House is another option for individuals with families. This house is more suitable for those who have managed to maintain sobriety and are already involved in a recovery program. This option is case managed and includes three units for pregnant individuals and mothers and another six units for homeless families with children.
Parkway Place Apartments are exclusively for women and children, including pregnant individuals. This facility is ideal for women who have completed a recovery program and are in the process of maintaining sobriety and practicing the skills they have learned. Residents here can also benefit from case management.
Sage House is a community living home also aimed at women and children, as well as pregnant individuals. There are 10 rooms here, subject to availability. Residents can also access case management services.
