Ozarks Counseling Center Is located in Pittsburg Springfield, Missouri. This is a comprehensive counseling facility that serves adults, couples and adolescents. Counseling services are offered in an outpatient treatment setting. They accept self-pay. There are also financial aid services available if you qualify. You’ll meet with an intake team that will help you understand your financial options.

When you start working with the team here, an individualized treatment plan will be created for you. There is an initial consultation where your drug, alcohol, and substance use struggles are identified. If there are any underlying co-occurring mental health disorders then those will be addressed and treated as well.

Cognitive behavior approaches are offered here. You'll learn how to reframe your thinking so that you can identify triggers that may have contributed to your substance use struggles. You’ll also learn how to manage negative emotions that may have caused you to relapse in the past.

There is also a trauma-focused approach to care if your substance use struggle is the result of a traumatic experience. No matter your history with substance use struggles, the care team here is committed to providing quality, judgment-free and compassionate care. The goal of the counseling services here is to help repair your relationships and improve your overall communication skills. You'll also be empowered to develop healthy skills that can translate to healthy habits for sustainable sobriety.
