Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness (OBHAW) is a community mental health center in Malvern, Arkansas, that has been serving the counties of central Arkansas for over 50 years. OBHAW is a nonprofit mental health facility with five locations throughout the state, in Arkadelphia, Hot Springs, Glenwood, Mt Ida, and Malvern.

OBHAW Malvern office offers outpatient programs for anger management, psychosis, outpatient therapy, psychiatric services, substance use treatment, wellness days, and addiction assessments.
