Their residential program is designed to give you a chance to leave behind your responsibilities and habits and dedicate all your time and attention to recovery. You'll get individual counseling sessions with a licensed behavioral health expert as well as daily process group sessions. In your group sessions, you and your peers will work on the first five steps of the 12 step program. You'll also get educational speakers, assignments and skill building activities. Your time in residential care will depend on your progress but generally lasts four to six weeks.

There are three levels of treatment at Oasis. Level one is a chance for you to get a healthy routine going. Structure is the most important part of this phase and you'll work toward setting goals. In Level Two, you'll focus on practical steps for living a sober life as well as growing in your spirituality. Level Three is all about making a realistic plan for transitioning out of residential care. Each of these levels could last one to two weeks or longer.

Oasis Renewal Center also offers partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatments. These can either be as a step down after residential care, or as the first step for clients who prefer to live at home during treatment.

Oasis also offers family services which may include meeting together with the counselor and your family, or having counselor-led sessions with a small group of your family members.
