About Sea Mar CSNW Fourth Plain
Sea Mar CSNW Fourth Plain in Vancouver, Washington, has been a key division of Sea Mar since 2019. This facility provides community support for families and individuals of any age, religion, ethnicity or background who may be struggling with mental health, addiction or homelessness. Self-pay and sliding scale payment options are available. Washington Apple Health (Medicaid), Washington Healthplanfinder, Medicare and the Basic Food Program are also accepted.
At this location clients can access outpatient mental health programs featuring individual, family and couple’s counseling services. The facility’s Program for Assertive Community Treatment or PACT provides intensive mental health outreach for adults with more severe mental health issues that may need support not typically provided by most centers. There is also a dedicated community support team that is committed to providing support to meet clients’ unique needs.
Clients can also access therapies such as mentalization based therapy (MBT) to help them address and better understand their relationships and attachments. Therapy may also include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and illness management and recovery (IMR). Meanwhile, their New Journeys program is designed to provide thorough care to young people who may be experiencing psychosis for the first time.
Another great initiative of this facility that I love is their wellness program. This is Clark County’s only free mental health clinic, and it’s designed to serve uninsured adults or those whose incomes fall below the poverty line.
The center’s addiction treatment initiatives include coed and gender specific support groups, pregnant and parent focused programs, parent child support programs, as well as a chemical dependency program just for young people. Dual diagnosis treatment is also available for kids, teens and adults. They also offer a jail reentry program. In this way the facility supports a variety of different demographics, providing the care and tools clients need to lead healthier, happier lives.
