About New Season Greenville Metro Treatment Center
Serving Greenville and surrounding areas in South Carolina, including Overbrook and Willow Heights, the New Season Treatment Center provides outpatient treatment for those struggling with opioid addiction. They specialize in customized medicated assisted treatment plans, but they also offer medically supervised withdrawal, medical exams, and referrals if needed. New Season partners with many major insurance providers as well as Medicaid and Medicare. Grant funding may also be available for eligible clients.
Medicated assisted treatment combines medications with counseling and is so effective in treating opioid addictions as it treats both the physiological and psychological aspects of addiction. Clients are prescribed medications that block the effects of opioids as well as suppress cravings and withdrawal symptoms to help break the hold of chemical dependency.
Alongside medication, clients attend addiction counseling that helps clients understand addiction as a disease, the effects of addiction on their behaviors, and the triggers of their substance use. Through individual, group, and family counseling, clients learn how to manage their emotions, cope with stress, and make lasting behavioral changes.
Clients with busy schedules will appreciate the telehealth program from New Season. The program allows clients to connect with their counselors and medical practitioners from wherever they are, without the need for in-person visits. Privacy is not a concern, thanks to completely secure video appointments. offering the same level of care as at the clinic.
