About The NATIVE Project

Native Project Behavioral Health is located in Spokane, Washington. This is a comprehensive care facility that provides a range of medical health services to adults and adolescents, including members of the Native American community. There’s a behavioral health department that offers specialized outpatient (OP) care if you're struggling with a substance use disorder. There's also an intensive outpatient program or a co occurring diagnosis. There’s also specialized tracks for Native American children ages 0 to 12.

They accept policies from most major insurance providers. There are also services and resources if you need financial support.

Rooted in the Native American community, this organization will support you in all the ways you need if you're struggling with a mental health or addiction use disorder. When you first start recovery, you’ll undergo an assessment to determine what your recovery needs are. You'll work with Master's level social workers and mental health counselors. These professionals have experience helping recovering individuals like you find the support and compassionate care they require.

While you're in recovery, you’ll use various evidence based practices. With these therapies, you can learn how to build critical skills that will contribute to your sobriety. Therapy happens in an individual in a group setting in the day or evening. Depending on your condition, your sessions can range from 2 to 12 hours each week.
