Therapy happens in an individual in a group setting in the day or evening. Depending on your condition, your sessions can range from 2 to 12 hours each week.
There are family counseling and resources that can help you strengthen your relationships with your loved ones. These family sessions are also important because your loved ones will learn strategies and techniques to help you on your path to recovery.
