About Living Hope

The Living Hope Clinic of Hot Springs, Arkansas, provides outpatient treatment for those with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. They accept military insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, other state financed insurance plans, and state, county, and local government funding.

Treatment for a Range of Patient Groups

A variety of patient populations are served through their program. Transitional age young adults and children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances are treated. They offer court ordered outpatient treatment for individuals referred from the judicial system. Members of the LGBTQ+ community and those who are hard of hearing are welcome. I like that they also provide a dedicated program for those with eating disorders.

Vocational Rehab and Suicide Prevention Services

In addition to individual, group, family, and couples counseling, they offer crisis intervention and case management services. Vocational rehabilitation and medication management are also available. Therapy focuses on such modalities as cognitive (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) alongside behavior modification. Suicide prevention services are provided, which I appreciate.

Soak in the Local Hot Springs

As the name suggests, Hot Springs is known for its therapeutic and calming waters. I love how Bathhouse Row features eight bathhouses for you to experience a serene soak.

There are also hot spring fountains located throughout the city, so you can get your fill of the thermal water. The Hot Springs Mountain Tower Observation Deck and the treehouse at Garvan Woodland Gardens both offer spectacular views of the city for relaxation and contemplation. If it’s recreation you’re looking for, the Hot Springs Northwoods Trails provides 26 miles of paths for hiking and biking.
