About Libertas

Libertas is part of Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) and is an outpatient addiction treatment clinic located in Marinette, Wisconsin. They provide treatment services to adults and adolescents using intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) and general outpatient care and may also offer medication assisted treatment (MAT).

Medication Assisted Treatment in Rural Areas

Libertas is part of the Heroin, Opioid, Prevention and Education (HOPE) Agenda to address the opioid epidemic in Wisconsin. They've been awarded grants to provide treatment and MAT services throughout seven counties in the northeastern part of the state.

Services available include counseling and medications such as buprenorphine and naltrexone for MAT treatment, overdose training and access to naloxone, case management, telemedicine appointments and referrals to inpatient treatment, and sober living.
