Edmonds Outpatient Recovery Services was an outpatient mental health and substance treatment facility that you could find just off Edmonds Way, less than half a mile east of Lake Ballinger in Edmonds, Washington. They’re closed now but this was one of several locations where Lakeside Milam Recovery Centers (LMRC) would offer accredited, effective, and affordable treatments for drug and alcohol addiction to the North Seattle community.
