Extensive Education on Alcohol and Drugs

Clients in the Alcohol & Drugs Information school will attend an eight hour teaching seminar that discusses the effects of substances on the mind. You’ll also learn about the effect of substances on society and substance related laws. Attending this seminar is generally a requirement for individuals who’ve committed driving offenses that involved drugs and other drug related offenses.

The main goal of this service is to help individuals make safer choices and healthier decisions. In addition to the teaching seminar, I like that the program also offers court ordered alcohol assessments, legal services for drug assessment, and court ordered drug and alcohol evaluations.

Living Sober in Mountlake Terrace

As you focus on living a sober life, one place that I think you might enjoy in Mountlake Terrace is Ballinger Park. It’s a former golf course that’s now a public area where you can enjoy a walk or sit by Lake Ballinger and reflect. A bit closer is Evergreen Fields, which houses a batting cage and tennis courts.
