Medical Center Amenities in Kansas
The medical center offers access to a variety of modern clinical facilities. I noticed that there’s an onsite laboratory, pharmacy, and other healthcare services, which can easily integrate into your care.
The comfortable outpatient clinic is confidential and private. I think it’s neat that their four clinics are run by students and those just starting out in their professions. They have the latest training and supervision that can assist with occupational and physical therapy as clients recover.
Multidisciplinary Psychiatric Treatment Team
The treatment team is multidisciplinary and includes board certified addiction psychiatrists. The clinicians use an evidence based approach.
It struck me that because of the academic and research environment, the team provides individuals with cutting edge and research driven addiction treatments. They focus on relapse prevention for long term recovery, and they coordinate with local resources when appropriate.
