About James Oldham Treatment Center
James Oldham Treatment Center is a men’s inpatient rehab in Buena, Washington, administered by Triumph Treatment Services. Surrounded by the lower Yakima Valley orchards, the center offers a serene living space to step away and focus on recovery. You’ll benefit from a tailored comprehensive treatment approach to enhance your overall wellness.
With inpatient care, you live on campus while receiving ongoing support and encouragement. Their programs emphasize holistic healing, offering multiple therapeutic interventions to heal your mind, body and soul.
While living in their 78-bed residence, you'll participate in at least 20 hours of weekly treatment activities. This includes individual counseling, educational lectures, daily group sessions and family treatment. They also embrace the 12 Step model to promote spiritual growth as you connect with others in recovery.
One incredible feature I noticed was their emphasis on daily physical activity. They believe moving and staying active are essential in long term recovery. You'll have multiple options for exercise and wellness in your free time, like lifting weights, taking daily walks and playing horseshoes, basketball or volleyball. These activities not only improve your physical and mental health. They also help you explore new hobbies to benefit you after treatment.
Another incredible element is their individualized approach. You can access a customized treatment plan to help you reach your recovery goals. Furthermore, they understand that recovery looks different for everyone. That said, you can remain in treatment as long as you need. This could be anywhere from a few weeks to several months. You'll benefit from ongoing support and encouragement to move at the pace you need for healing.
Lastly, I love that they offer peer support services. You’ll experience the value of having someone with lived experience in recovery as a mentor and source of motivation. You can share your challenges with them and receive guidance from someone who understands what it's like to experience addiction and come out on the other side.
