You'll have multiple options for exercise and wellness in your free time, like lifting weights, taking daily walks and playing horseshoes, basketball or volleyball. These activities not only improve your physical and mental health. They also help you explore new hobbies to benefit you after treatment.

Another incredible element is their individualized approach. You can access a customized treatment plan to help you reach your recovery goals. Furthermore, they understand that recovery looks different for everyone. That said, you can remain in treatment as long as you need. This could be anywhere from a few weeks to several months. You'll benefit from ongoing support and encouragement to move at the pace you need for healing.

Lastly, I love that they offer peer support services. You’ll experience the value of having someone with lived experience in recovery as a mentor and source of motivation.
