Insights of Helio Health serves people with substance abuse issues in Utica, New York. They offer inpatient addiction treatment and mental health care for adult men and women. They’ll provide stabilization which involves a highly structured medical setting to treat symptoms. Following stabilization is an inpatient treatment program.

Insights has the ability to house up to 44 people at a time. As a resident you’ll stay for three months, depending on your personal needs. During treatment you can expect to engage in individual and group therapy. Art therapy and recreational therapy will help you strengthen your recovery. You’ll also participate in a psychiatric evaluation with health and wellness groups.
