About Innervisions Counseling & Consulting Center

Innervisions Counseling and Consulting Center Baraboo offers therapy for clients dealing with mental health and substance use disorder challenges. The Baraboo office is on State Highway 136 in Baraboo, Wisconsin. There are two therapists on staff. Innervisions accepts insurance from some providers.

One of the things I like about this center is that the therapists embrace a diverse clientele. They welcome people in the LGBTQ+ community and treat clients from many cultural backgrounds. They offer outpatient services for people with alcohol and other drug dependencies.

One of the therapists has experience working with first responders and those working in correctional facilities. She also works with clients who have substance use disorder. She enjoys working with clients to address daily challenges with alternative therapies such as yoga and meditation.

The other therapist uses integrative interventions and treatment methods to help her clients thrive. Some of the methods she uses include internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma informed cognitive behavioral therapy. IFS is a unique approach to psychotherapy that identifies and seeks to harmonize the different inner parts of an individual.
